Every payment you make to PURE ONE Travel — deposit, instalment or balance — is paid directly into an independently supervised PTS trust account. It is not company cash flow and cannot be used for day-to-day business expenses.
Released only when you have travelled
Funds are only released to suppliers (airlines, hotels, ground operators) as services are delivered, or once your trip has finished. This protects you against supplier failure as well as operator failure.

If anything were to happen to PURE ONE Travel, the trustees step in. You either complete your trip as planned or receive a full refund of monies paid — no caps, no excess, no small print.

What is a trust account?
A trust account is a separately controlled bank account, managed by independent trustees, that holds customer money until the travel service has been delivered. It is legally ring-fenced from the travel company's own finances.
How is this different from ATOL or ABTA?
ATOL covers flight-inclusive packages and ABTA offers a bonding scheme — both have caps and processes that can take time. A PTS trust account protects 100% of your money from day one, for every type of trip, and releases funds only as your trip is delivered.
