Upon arrival at Athens International Airport , you will be warmly welcomed by your private assistant and transferred to your hotel. After a short orientation to introduce the week ahead, the afternoon is yours to relax after your journey.

Today is devoted to exploring Athens through its spiritual and mythological roots. Accompanied by a professional guide, you will visit some of the city’s most meaningful archaeological sites, including the Kerameikos Cemetery and the iconic Acropolis.

As you walk, you will learn about the Iera Odos – the Sacred Way, the ancient route that once connected Athens to Eleusis and played a central role in the Eleusinian Mysteries, one of the most important spiritual rituals of the ancient world. Stories of gods, goddesses, initiations and hidden meanings bring the stones beneath your feet vividly to life.

The tour concludes with a relaxed lunch at a traditional local taverna, dining alongside Athenians and enjoying authentic Greek flavours in a welcoming, everyday setting.

After a free morning to enjoy Athens at your own pace, the afternoon is dedicated to wellbeing, nature and elemental energy.

Your journey begins at Lake Vouliagmeni, a serene natural lake renowned for its warm thermal waters, which remain at approximately 28°C throughout the year. Surrounded by dramatic rock formations and lush greenery, this is a place to unwind, float and allow the mineral-rich waters to gently relax the body.

Later in the afternoon, travel along the beautiful coastal road to Cape Sounio, where the majestic Temple of Poseidon stands overlooking the Aegean Sea. Enjoy a guided visit as the sun begins to set, bathing the ancient columns in golden light, a truly memorable and atmospheric experience.

Today is yours to enjoy entirely at leisure. Whether you choose to explore Athens independently, relax at a café, visit a museum, shop in Plaka, or simply rest, this free day allows space for personal discovery and reflection.

After breakfast, depart Athens for the Peloponnese, heading into the heart of the Greek countryside. Here, you will visit a hidden olive grove and meet its passionate owner, who will guide you through this deeply rooted symbol of Greek culture and heritage.

Your walking tour begins near the small chapel of St Efrem and continues through the grove as you learn about the olive tree’s role in mythology, history, economy and everyday life. You will explore the rare Manaki olive variety, unique to this region, and gain insight into cultivation practices, sustainability challenges and the delicate process of producing high-quality artisan olive oil.

At the highest point of the grove, you will arrive at the tasting kiosk, where an olive oil tasting session introduces you to different aromas, flavours and quality profiles under expert guidance.

The experience concludes with a memorable farm-to-table lunch. Set in the olive grove, this relaxed, hands-on cooking and dining experience is about connection rather than formality – sharing food, stories and traditions just as Greek families have done for generations.

After a light breakfast, meet Elina, an experienced and energetic psychotherapist, who will lead you on a journey of connection and grounding. Travel to Mount Parnitha and its beautiful forest landscape, where nature becomes the setting for a deeply restorative experience.

Following a gentle walk, you will find a quiet spot to lay out mats and begin a guided healing session. Through discussion, awareness and mindful practices, Elina explores the links between Greek culture, mythology, history and modern life, helping you reconnect with your inner balance and sense of presence.

Later, enjoy a simple picnic in the forest, allowing time to reflect and absorb the calm surroundings before returning to Athens.

After breakfast, transfer to Athens International Airport for your return flight home, carrying with you a deeper connection to Greece, nature and yourself.
