7 Days Sacred Landscapes
About this journey
There are places in the world where the veil feels thinner, where forests hold memory, medieval streets align with sacred geometry, and ancient traditions remain quietly alive. Estonia is one of those places.
This PURE ONE New Age journey is a carefully curated exploration of spiritual heritage, ancestral healing practices and sacred natural landscapes. Designed for conscious travellers seeking meaningful experiences rooted in authentic tradition, this itinerary blends medieval mysticism, plant wisdom, pilgrimage history and deeply grounded ritual.
From Tallinn’s energetic Old Town to the intellectual spirit of Tartu, from smoke sauna purification ceremonies to silent coastal walks and bog landscapes shaped by glacial time, every element of this journey has been chosen for its depth and resonance.
This is not a retreat in the conventional sense, it is a pilgrimage into nature, folklore and the unseen threads that connect landscape, spirit and self.

Your itinerary
A carefully paced journey with time to wander, taste and discover.
Welcome to Tallinn
Arrival in Tallinn, Estonia’s enchanting capital, a city where medieval towers rise above cobbled streets and centuries of wisdom linger in the air.
Transfer to your hotel, located in or near the Old Town, allowing you to settle into one of Europe’s most atmospheric historic centres.
Medieval Tallin
Enjoy a restful morning to gently acclimatise after arrival. Before heading out in the afternoon for a guided walk through Tallinn’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, explore the sacred geometry embedded within its medieval streets. Discover ancient energy points, healing stones, and legends passed down through generations. This immersive experience reveals Tallinn as more than a beautifully preserved city, it becomes a living, energetic landscape shaped by centuries of spiritual understanding and esoteric tradition.
In the evening gather with your fellow travellers for a welcome dinner featuring organic, locally sourced ingredients, grounding the group in Estonia’s seasonal culinary heritage.
Tartu: The Intellectual & Spiritual Heart of Estonia
Journey south to Tartu, Estonia’s second-largest city and long regarded as its intellectual and spiritual heart. The afternoon is devoted to Estonia’s deep-rooted knowledge traditions, beginning with a guided visit to the Tartu Botanical Garden, where healing plants and their symbolic and medicinal uses reveal the country’s rich herbal heritage. A guided walk through Tartu Old Town follows, including exploration of Tartu University, the cradle of Estonian intellectual life.
The day concludes with a visit to the mystical Jaani Church, famed for its rare terracotta sculptures, powerful expressions of medieval spiritual artistry. Dinner features organic, locally sourced ingredients before settling in for the night in Tartu.
South Estonia: Craft, Pilgrimage & Ancestral Connection
Departing Tartu, the journey moves into South Estonia’s cultural heartlands. At the magnificent Mooste Manor Complex, one of the region’s most authentically preserved estates, participate in traditional wool and clay workshops, reconnecting with ancestral craftsmanship and the meditative rhythm of handmade creation.
Later, visit the evocative ruins of Vastseliina Castle, once one of Northern Europe’s most significant pilgrimage destinations, steeped in sacred history. The ascent of Suur Munamägi, Estonia’s highest peak, offers sweeping views across forests and lakes… an expansive and grounding experience in equal measure.
In the evening, experience a deeply authentic Mooska Smoke Sauna ritual, an integral part of Estonia’s spiritual and cultural heritage. Guided meditation and energy harmonisation are followed by an intimate discussion on ancient Finno-Ugric spiritual traditions before returning to Tartu for the night.
Lahemaa National Park: Sacred Nature & Silent Power
The day begins with a private visit to revered healer Irje Karjus at Metsamoori Perepark in Karula National Park, where practical teachings on herbs, healing plants and ancestral natural medicine traditions offer insight into living spiritual knowledge. The journey then continues north towards Lahemaa National Park, Estonia’s oldest and most pristine national sanctuary, with a visit en route to the historic Põltsamaa Castle.
Within Lahemaa, explore the coastal fishing village of Altja, including a silent grounding walk along the shoreline. Guests may choose between a gourmet picnic in nature with herbal infusions and local honey or lunch at the traditional Altja Tavern.
Further exploration reveals the park’s sacred natural landscapes, including Käsmu Coastal Village and the stately Palmse Manor. Walk through Juminda Suurkõrve Bog, ascend the observation tower and climb atop Majakivi, Estonia’s third-largest glacial erratic boulder, a striking natural monument shaped by ancient forces.
The evening invites quiet reflection with group meditation in the manor park or beside the sea, followed by dinner and overnight in a Lahemaa countryside manor.
Return & Integration
The morning begins gently with yoga and meditation, offering space to integrate the experiences of the week. Returning to Tallinn, there is a stop at Jägala Waterfall, the largest waterfall in the Baltic states, before enjoying leisure time in the capital for private exploration, quiet reflection or refined shopping within the Old Town.
